With my practical massage workshops returning to BCMB I have selected four hands-on workshops that can be taken individually or as a linked group. Cupping Therapy for Muscles and Joints on Saturday 16th is packed with techniques for addressing a full range of cupping styles and musculoskeletal conditions including neck and shoulders, lower back and leg pain.
Visceral massage instruction on Sunday 17th also employs Cupping amongst other innovative advanced massage techniques including thermal stone and reflexology to assist peristalsis, reduced pain from endometriosis, period pain, sluggish bowel, and a range of visceral conditions. This is a unique opportunity to learn cutting edge massage procedures spanning the metaphysical and biomechanical fields.
On Saturday 13th I will show and use all the heating apparatus and equipment I have used in my clinic for over thirty years for a range of musculoskeletal conditions including arthritis, lower back pain and pre-mobilization techniques. This workshop will also link with techniques from the Visceral Massage workshop. You will also see and use the remarkable Thai heated herbal ball process. Every participant receives several Herbal balls to take back to their clinic following this workshop.
The final workshop on Sunday 14th addresses one of the most common problems we see in our clinical practice, headaches. We will apply a range of successful techniques including heat, trigger point therapy, thermal stone, cervical stretch procedures, laser and cupping aimed at effectively addressing headaches. Comprehensive notes accompany all these workshops.
